It is advised to inspect your product before each use and to discard at the first signs of damage, wear or tears. Product is to be used under adult supervision and not while sleeping. 

Shipping Policy

Products that are to be shipped will be sent via USPS in 3-5 days. We are not responsible for issues with shipping once the item leaves our hands, however we do encourage you to reach out if you do not have your package or it hasn’t moved 14 days after shipping. We may be able to help track it down, but it is typically an USPS issue at that point.

Refunds

Because of the nature of this product, refunds and exchanges are not available at this time, however if you believe an item arrived damaged please reach out.

Turn Around Time (TAT)

We work hard to keep our TAT as short as possible. Our current TAT on custom items is 3-5 business days. Ready to Ship (RTS) items will ship out in 2-3 business days. This does not include shipping.

Care Instructions 

All products can be washed with mild soap and warm water. Metal clips can rust, so be sure to dry all parts of the clip.
